Service

MeetingRoomBoard shows room calendar status on tablets and lets people book from the tablet. You need an account and a connected calendar to use it.

Trial and billing

The first 14 days are free and need no card. After that, billing is per room that is turned on, monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time from the admin page. Billing stops at the end of the paid period.

Your data

You keep ownership of your data. We use it only to run the service. See Privacy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law or to access calendars you are not allowed to read.

Availability

We aim for the service to be available at all times. Tablets keep the last known status if the connection drops.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will show a notice in the admin page at least 30 days before a change takes effect.
